This hotel was constructed in a colonial style and is very comfortably equipped. Renewed completely in 2001, it has three floors with a total of 47 guest rooms. In addition to the entrance hall, a reading room with bridge tables and a bar with terrace. There is a cosy conditioned restaurant for resting and relaxing.
There is also a conference hall, connection to Internet, bicycles hire (additional charge), room service and laundry. In the outer part of the hotel there is a children’s park. The hotel also has private parking. For its construction it was necessary to take all the materials by sea through the hard meteorological conditions of the area. The refurbishing lasted for more than five years. The Parador raises over the sea, in front of the Roque de Bonanza, in a paradisiacal place where the sea joins the volcanic mountain.
The building is modern and is sprinkled with beautiful balconies. Its interior is elegant and colonial with a fascinating garden with swimming pool. The rooms are very comfortable and many of them have ocean view, offering magnificent views that define its impressive immensity and from where it is enjoyed the tempting sounds of the waves.
In these idyllic surroundings, the guest comforts himself with lovely and suggestive dishes that the Parador restaurant offers. A few of the favourites include local cheese soup, local fish with limpet sauce, and fig biscuit.
