bacalao al pil pilIt is situated in the heart of a shopping centre of the capital of Gran Canaria. A place with calm atmosphere and with food that does not follow the modern tendencies.

A quality kitchen which comes from different parts of Spain; Castilian, Segovian and Basque.  It has a menu with traditional dishes like lentils with baby squid or chickpeas with cod and spinach. Or great recipes from the Basque kitchen like tuna, monkfish, sea bass…

There are also various dishes from the Segovian traditional kitchen, like suckling pig, and as far as the Castilian kitchen there are chops and roasted lamb, amongst others.

In El Rincón de Nicolás everything is of great quality, and like the rest, its desserts too, elaborated with dedication and extreme care. Its cellar has an ample and well-chosen selection of local and national wines.

Nicolás brought from his homeland Extremadura all the art of the Spanish kitchen and Las Palmas gave him the opportunity of making his dream come true, bringing him more loyal customers each day.
