In front of a kitchen is a young Chef, Nacho Solana with first quality raw materials, always innovating quality creations.  

“I like the products that are available to me here and it is with these that I work with” says the Chef in an interview granted to the monthly magazine, and mentions the canarian fish (“we can also get good fish here”). When speaking about meats he points out the iberican pork (“prey seems to me one of the pieces with more quality”) and duck (“after having been in the north of Spain I really enjoy working with magret and foie”).

Solana is brilliant with specialties like the squid with onion marmalade and purée of black potatoes or the mushroom pie.  Erika Sanz, a great professional, manages the attention in the dining room. Its wine menu counts with many D.O. from Spain and with a very good dessert wine and liqueur selection.  

Thanks to the culinary art of great professionals like Nacho Solana and Erika Sanz, Santa Cruz is able to offer a wide variety of good restaurants in the capital.
