It has a traditional firewood oven, where they roast lambs Aranda style or suckling pig Segovia style.

The grill offers excellent meats and from its kitchen, there are succulent dishes such as fabada (been stew), lentils, puchero (canarian stew) and bull’s tail.

We must not forget its steak, fresh fish, seafood paella and many other exquisite starters.  

They currently take orders to take away of grilled suckling pig and lamb and succulent seafood paella.
